If you live in LA, and not under a rock...you have heard of the "Nuevo Food Truck" Movement. At the forefront of this mobile-culinary takeover, is Kogi BBQ. The only food truck I've ever waited nearly an hour for food.

We're out on the town, and decided it's time to eat. 

 
Being on the west side, one word came to my mind..CANTERS!. Any Los Angeles local knows about this hidden gem open 24 hours. Aside from being a former hangout of Guns and Roses, this place is the ULTIMATE deli.
